Policies

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment time.
Please respect our Cancellation & Reschedule Policy. (to the right)
All discounts/packages are individual from other offers.
Credit Card "hold" required for all spa packages, parties and Saturday appointments.
Pre-payment may be required for parties of 3 or more.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the menu prices but is greatly appreciated. It is customary to tip 10-20% of the service total.

Under 18 years of age

A release waiver must be signed by a parent or legal gaurdian on the premises of the spa in front of a manager or manager's approved designee before services can be rendered.
Photo ID required if over age 18 for verification.
Under age 13 not permitted.

Pregnant Women

We welcome pregnant women to enjoy our services with their doctors approval. We require a doctors release on all services that may be faxed to (405) 936-9219.

Attire

Please come dressed comfortably. It is not necessary to come to the spa "dressed up" as this is your time to wind down. We provide robes, slippers, & a tote bag for clients getting more than one service who will be going from room to room.

Alcoholic Beverages

According to the Oklahoma City Massage Code (Chapter 28), it is illegal to have any alcohol on the premises of a massage establishment. Therefore, we are unable to serve alcoholic beverages or allow any to be brought into Elan Spa. Drinking alcohol is a contraindication for massage therapy and therefore we recommend that you do not drink before your services. If it is apparent that a customer has consumed alcohol upon arrival we reserve the right to refuse services and still require payment in full.

Discounts/ Coupons (limited time offer)

It is rare that we offer discounts and coupons since we are already very competitively priced and our staff team members work very hard and are well qualified. When a discount or coupon is offered, only one at a time is honored.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Since we are reserving this time especially for you, 24 hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations/ reschedules (48 hour notice for all spa package and party cancellations) or the full amount will be charged. At Elan Spa, it is our priority and our joy to provide our clients the highest quality of service and pride ourselves on our exceptional staff. However, with an execptional staff comes high commissions and talented & dedicated staff are increasingly hard to find. When you reserve time with us, we always guarantee your appointment and the full service length. If you cancel within less than 24 hours (48 hours for packages and parties) of your scheduled appointment, we not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time. For this reason we are still obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for our lost revenue. Therefore, we require credit card information or a gift certificate to reserve appointments totaling over $100 and for all Saturday appointments.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer returns on any services, gift certificates, or products. We offer most of our products on a try before you buy basis. If you have a discrepency with a product we ask that you contact the manufacturer.

Referrals

We appreciate you telling your family, friends, and colleagues! If you have received services at our spa then you are elligible to receive 20% off an individual service* for each person you send to us! So tell them to tell us you sent them! :) Gift Certificate referrals excluded. Current customers only.

Children

Elan Spa is a quiet retreat and therefore we do not offer childcare or allow children inside the spa.

Gift Certificates

We accept *Spa Finder* gift certificates & gift cards! :)

Gift Certificates to Elan Spa expire one year from the month of purchase and are non-refundable. Gift Certificates to Elan Spa cannot be redeemed for cash. Appointments set and not shown up for or cancelled in less than 24 hours notice will void the gift certificate. Elan Spa reserves the right to substitute any service.
